Job365 users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email from your registered/contact email address to Job365 Support.
2. Use the subject: Job365 Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your registered mobile number in the email.
4. Our support team may contact you to verify your account before deletion.

Request Account Deletion

Data that will be deleted

• Job365 account profile
• Name and registered mobile number
• Profile and resume information stored with the account
• Job application information associated with the account
• Employer job posts associated with the account, where applicable

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained only when required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Such information will be retained only for the minimum period required for those purposes.
